The Corofin goal scorers were Conor Cunningham, Ian Burke and Dylan Wall. The joint captains of the team were Conor Langan and Aaron Molloy. The man-of-the-match award went to Conor Cunnningham. Well done to the team and mentors whose first game in the championship was played on 7 February last.

The replay of the league final resulted in a final score of Corofin 1-12 to Annaghdown 1-6, with the all-important goal coming from Gary Delaney in the first half. The team now takes a well-deserved rest before returning to training early in the New Year.

At the Football Board Awards, which were held on Sunday night, Micheál Lundy received the senior footballer of the year award and Conor Cunningham got the award for under 21 player of the year. Well done and congratulations to both lads.
