CONNACHT FINAL:
Best wishes to our senior team who play Pádraig Pearses of Roscommon in the Connacht Club Final at 2.00 pm in Tuam Stadium on Sunday.   The referee for the game is Eamon O’Grady of Leitrim who refereed our semi-final against Ballintubber.  We thank all our supporters who faithfully attend our games and ask for their support one more time in Tuam Stadium on Sunday.

COUNTY FINAL:

We still await confirmation of the venue and time for our Junior C county final against Killannin which has been fixed for Saturday.  Best of luck to this team also.

UNDER 20:
Our under 20s defeated Northern Gaels by 4-9 to 3-7 in the North Board semi-final played in Glenamaddy on Saturday.  We led at half time by 1-5 to 1-4 with our goal being scored by Conor Newell.  The Corofin second half goals came from Dean Hynes, Matthew Cooley and Colin Kelly.  Well done lads on a great win in a great game.  The North Board final will be against Claregalway.

CONGRATS TRACEY:
Congratulations to Tracey Leonard who was selected on the 2019 TG4 Ladies Football All Star team on Saturday night.  This was a great achievement by Treacy and very well deserved.  Well done also to her cousin Roisín Leonard who was nominated for an award.   Congratulations also to the other Galway girls who picked up awards, Sinéad Burke and twins Nicola and Louise Ward.
