LOTTO:
We had no winner of lotto jackpot and no match 3. The numbers drawn 8, 21, 25, 29. Seller's prize Julie Comer. Next week’s jackpot is €13,700 and draw in Club Office.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES:
It was a disappointing weekend for Galway senior teams as the footballers surrendered their Connacht title to Roscommon, losing out by 1-13 to 0-12 in the Connacht final played in Pearse Stadium on Sunday. The hurlers exited the championship following their loss to Dublin in Parnell Park, Dublin on Saturday evening.

However, the other Galway teams in action over the weekend recorded good wins. Galway retained their Connacht Junior Football Championship title defeating Mayo in Pearse Stadium on Sunday. The Galway minors and under 20 teams recorded good wins over Mayo and Dublin respectively. The under 20s have captured the John Kerins Cup following their four wins from four games in the competition.

Well done to all our Club players involved in these wins.

SENIOR:
Our Seniors play St. James’ in round two of the senior championship in Tuam Stadium at 6.45 pm on Saturday evening.

LEAGUE:
Our Junior C team were defeated by Claregalway in the league, division 8A on a scoreline of 0-8 to 5-12 played in Corofin on Friday evening.

Our intermediate team’s game against CLG Mícheál Breathnach in the league, division 3 takes place at 7.30 pm in Indreabhán on Friday evening.

UNDERAGE:
Our under 14 team had a home win in division 1 (North) on Friday evening defeating Caherlistrane by 3-12 to 3-4.

Well done to everyone involved in Belclare for the Under 7 & 8 games against Athlone and Dunmore played on Saturday morning.

Many thanks to all those who helped with the tea and coffee.

This under 7/ 8 panel are having an extra training session for the summer, taking place every Tuesday from 6.30 to 7.30 pm on the side pitch in Corofin.
